Jeff came to Woodcrest in 2019, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the management of commercial and residential properties. As the President of Woodcrest Management Co. he provides leadership to the property management team to effectively manage the entire portfolio of properties, while also serving as the primary liaison to each property’s ownership group for critical projects.

Jeff is also currently a managing partner of JEK Properties and is the former owner and president of the DFW area Gingiss Formalwear and Tuxedo Junction stores. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Arlington and is a licensed Texas real estate agent.  He is currently a member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the Longhorn Council – Boy Scouts of America executive board, Colleyville Lions Club, Colleyville Executive Organization and Peace Lutheran Church in Hurst, Texas. Jeff lives in Colleyville with his wife of more than 40 years, Ellen, and has two grown children and three grandsons.  His hobbies include hunting, shooting sports, fishing, and snow skiing.

Roma Raso-Avanzini is a Senior Property Manager at Woodcrest Management Co. responsible for overseeing a number of commercial properties both in Texas and out of state totaling more than a half-million square feet of the commercial portfolio. She assists Woodcrest Management with commercial accounts payable, training, and scheduling maintenance, along with various other projects as assigned to her. Roma brings a dedicated, reliable, and professional attitude with twenty plus years of service-oriented work experience and six plus years of management experience to the Woodcrest team. She has a background in property preservation, loss mitigation and insurance adjusting. Roma is a native Texan who enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Alicia Gregory is a Property Manager in Woodcrest Management Co. responsible for overseeing various shopping centers throughout Texas as well as several in Oklahoma, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio.  Alicia is a recent transplant from California and has worked in the commercial shopping center management industry since the late 90s.  Alicia loves spending time with her husband, family, and fur babies camping or by the pool.

Jordan Richards is a Property Manager at Woodcrest responsible for overseeing various DFW and Amarillo commercial properties, including handling maintenance coordination and commercial accounts payable for each. He strives to bring a positive and respectful attitude to the relationships and properties he manages. Jordan enjoys playing music in his free time as well as simply spending time with his family.

Brandy Tanner is the Property Manager for Tarrant Assurance Residential’s houses and is the Executive Assistant to Jeff Kamprath, President of Woodcrest Management. She also assists all of the other property managers in staying on top of their properties by handling many internal processes and data tracking needs. Brandy frequently liaises between tenants, property managers, and both in-house and 3rd party maintenance teams. She joined Woodcrest in 2017 and loves painting, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Manager of DFW Maintenance

Tracy McDonald is Manager of the Woodcrest Maintenance Team in the DFW area.  He is responsible for the scheduling and execution of all commercial and residential property maintenance requests in support of the Property Management Team.  Tracy arrived at Woodcrest in 2018 after a 5 year tour with Blackmon Mooring Steamatic as a Water/Fire/Smoke Remediation Supervisor with their National Response Team.  Prior to his time with Blackmon Moring he retired from the Department of Defense (civilian) as a Senior Logistics Analyst after 31 years of service.  Tracy enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan of the TCU Horn Frogs and Texas Rangers.
