As the President of Woodcrest Management Conner Ivy oversees the entire commercial property portfolio of Woodcrest Capital, including 65+ commercial properties across 11 states, totaling roughly 2.5 million square feet. Conner has managed, leased, and owned commercial real estate assets for over thirty-three years. He earned and holds current the CCIM designation and is tracking to become a CPM member soon as well. Conner attended the University of Mississippi and graduated from Ashford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate. When not working he enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, shooting, and working his Labrador Retriever.

Senior Property Manager

Brenda Groth is the Senior Property Manager responsible for most of the commercial DFW properties, totaling almost 700,000 SF of retail centers and offices. For each of her properties she is responsible for collecting rents, handling requests for maintenance and repairs, and managing vendor contracts, as well as preparing new lease contracts and amendments modeled off a Broker’s LOI. Brenda had over 20 years of property management experience including office, retail, and medical office buildings while with Inland American, Lincoln Property, and others before joining Woodcrest in 2018. In her spare time she likes to travel anywhere with a beach, to read true crime stories, and to spend time with her 6 year old granddaughter.

Brittney Wacasey is one of Woodcrest’s primary Property Managers and is responsible for all day-to-day management of approximately one third of our portfolio, spanning eight states and almost 1,000,000 SF. She grew up in the property management and real estate industries and joined the Woodcrest team in 2018 as an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is on-track to become a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by Q1 2019. Brittney graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Agricultural Science and from Sam Houston State University with a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration. Outside of work she spends time with her husband Keith and young son Bronc, along with her horses and bucking bulls.

Real Estate Accounting Administrator

Paul Wagner is the Accounting Administrator for Real Estate at Woodcrest Capital. His primary focus is on Accounts Payable for all of the shopping centers and company investments as well as the T&I and CAM billings and reconciliations. Paul joined Woodcrest in 2003 and also serves as Woodcrest’s secondary IT contact and backup in-house technician. Paul is a Fort Worth native who graduated from the University of North Texas in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Roma Raso-Avanzini is an Associate Property Manager responsible for overseeing Tarrant Assurance Residential’s portfolio of houses along with assisting Woodcrest Management with commercial accounts payable, raw land management, maintenance scheduling for DFW properties, and various special projects. Roma brings a dedicated, reliable, and professional attitude with twenty plus years of service-oriented work experience and six plus years of management experience to the Woodcrest team. She has a background in property preservation, loss mitigation and insurance adjusting.

Administrative Assistant

Brandy Tanner is an Administrative Assistant for Property Management, helping all of the property managers stay on top of their properties while handling many of our internal processes and data tracking needs. She also leads the maintenance coordination efforts for the DFW properties and often liaises between tenants, property managers, and both in-house and 3rd party maintenance teams. Brandy joined Woodcrest in 2017 and loves painting, cooking, and spending time with family.
