Connie oversees management and staffing across all commercial retail centers and office buildings, mentoring and guiding managers through the ever-changing day-to-day operations of property management. She leads with a hands-on approach, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards across the portfolio.
A highly skilled and experienced professional, Connie directly leads the property management team that oversees all in-house managed properties, and collaborates daily with Samantha Ackerman, who oversees third-party managed properties. She plays a key role in property operations, ensuring assets are well-maintained and tenant needs are met. Connie supervises property managers, maintenance teams, and support staff, while implementing policies and procedures that drive operational success.
She is instrumental in developing her team, providing ongoing training and mentorship while supporting managers in budgeting and financial oversight. Connie closely monitors property performance, including rent collections, accounts payable, and expense management, ensuring each asset operates efficiently and within budget. She also oversees legal and insurance matters related to each property.
Collaboration is central to her role, as she works closely with brokers and construction to ensure compliance with lease requirements and effective financial management across the portfolio.
Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Connie has been a valued member of the Woodcrest team since 2010 and has called the DFW area home for over 25 years. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband Norm, reading, solving puzzles, and spending time with her family.
Samantha was born and raised in the Fort Worth area and has worked in the real estate industry since 2016. She joined Woodcrest in 2021, beginning her role in the Brokerage Department. In 2023, she transitioned to the Property Management team, where she advanced into the role of Senior Property Manager.
In her current position, she oversees operations for all third-party managed properties and works closely with Connie Rinehart to support the in-house managed properties. She also plays a key role in guiding and supporting the Woodcrest property management team to ensure consistent operations and performance across the portfolio.
Outside of work, Samantha is a mother of two and enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Lindsey joined Woodcrest Capital in 2023 and serves as a Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of properties primarily located in Texas. She brings extensive experience in managing multifamily properties, ensuring both operational excellence and exceptional resident experiences. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys staying indoors and indulging in good food.
Beverly brings a dynamic background in leadership, organizational management, and public service to the commercial real estate sector. Prior to transitioning into commercial property management, she enjoyed an impactful career in public education and Educational Technology. Serving as both an Instructional Coach and an Assistant Principal, she honed critical skills in high-stakes problem solving, operations, and community relations. Notably, Beverly managed Ed Tech initiatives independently across 9 campuses and led district-wide training sessions servicing 124 campuses, developing an exceptional capability to oversee complex, large-scale operations and diverse stakeholder needs.
After dedicating time to raise her children at home, Beverly decided to bring her extensive portfolio of transferable skills, ranging from strategic oversight and crisis management to contract compliance and interpersonal communication—into the commercial property field. She is passionate about delivering top-tier service, optimizing property operations, and building lasting relationships with tenants and partners.
Outside of the office, Beverly loves spending quality time with family and can usually be found on the sidelines cheering on her children at various sporting events. An avid foodie at heart, she also loves exploring the local culinary scene and trying out new restaurants.

Tracy McDonald is Manager of the Woodcrest Maintenance Team in the DFW area. He is responsible for the scheduling and execution of all commercial and residential property maintenance requests in support of the Property Management Team. Tracy arrived at Woodcrest in 2018 after a 5 year tour with Blackmon Mooring Steamatic as a Water/Fire/Smoke Remediation Supervisor with their National Response Team. Prior to his time with Blackmon Moring he retired from the Department of Defense (civilian) as a Senior Logistics Analyst after 31 years of service. Tracy enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan of the TCU Horn Frogs and Texas Rangers.
