Jim Everett is a creative, hands-on construction leader known for his ability to bring ideas to life and lead teams with a “make it happen” mindset. With decades of experience in the industry and a long-standing career at Woodcrest, Jim has built his reputation on consistency, loyalty and delivering results where others see obstacles.
Throughout his career, Jim has taken on a wide range of challenges—from in-house commercial & residential construction projects and tenant finish-outs to large-scale 3rd party commercial builds over the years—developing a deep understanding of all aspects of construction, including all MEP’s systems and full site development. This has grown in the last few years across many states as Woodcrest Capital has extended its reach across the United States. He thrives in fast-paced environments where problem-solving, adaptability, and strong leadership are essential.
What sets Jim apart is his passion for people. He takes pride in building up strong teams and believes that success comes from surrounding yourself with driven individuals who share a common goal. His leadership style is highly personable and grounded—he leads from the front, works alongside his crews, and is always willing to step in wherever needed to keep a project moving forward.
Jim has also played a key role in expanding WCC Contractors’ third-party construction division, helping deliver numerous successful projects across multiple states with high profile clients. Known for taking on challenges others might avoid, he consistently finds solutions that keep projects on track and clients confident.
Above all, Jim is deeply committed to the company and team he represents. He takes great pride in the relationships built over the years and values being part of a strong group that continues to grow, take on new challenges, and deliver quality work.
