Taylor Stinnett, a Broker Associate with Woodcrest Capital, is focusing on leasing Woodcrest owned retail centers and land disposition as well as 3rd party tenant representation in the DFW area. Taylor attended Texas A&M University at College Station where he used his real estate knowledge to become a leasing agent and later the sales manager of the 600+ unit student living facility that he called home. Taylor, a native to Austin, Texas, decided Fort Worth was the place for him and moved here shortly after his college career in 2015. Growing up in the outdoors hunting, fishing, and working hands-on with wildlife and livestock, his passion for Cowtown should come as no surprise. As a successful athlete for a majority of his life, Taylor understands the importance of hard work and camaraderie. Today, he enjoys running and exercising in his free time, alongside his 2-year-old Vizsla named Pepper. Taylor is a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Association of Realtors, and has also been a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson for over 3 years.
