Chase Parten was born and raised in Fort Worth and joined Woodcrest in 2021 to work on special projects. Shortly after he was hired as part of the brokerage department and has since worked on leasing, sales, and acquisitions across the country. Chase first attended Clarendon College on a baseball scholarship before transferring to Texas Teach where he received his undergraduate degree in Media Strategies. He then earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Abaline Christian University. As a leasing agent for Woodcrest, he has directly leased over 700,000 sq ft as of 2026. Chase enjoys traveling & the outdoors and has a goal to hunt and fish in every state.
Working with Woodcrest Capital since the start of 2025 as a dedicated commercial leasing professional, Shelby assists businesses in finding ideal spaces that align with their growth and needs by conducting market research, building relationships, strengthening networks, and creating lease terms with a high value to both parties.
Saben Emery is a Leasing Agent and Pilot for Woodcrest Capital, supporting both leasing operations and aviation logistics for the firm. He manages tenant communication, leasing coordination, and operational support across Woodcrest’s real estate portfolio. Saben joined Woodcrest in 2025, bringing 16 years of law enforcement experience having reached the rank of Captain with the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Aircraft Operations Division. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Outside of work, Saben enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with his family. His unique blend of aviation expertise and disciplined leadership brings a distinctive perspective to the Woodcrest team.
Chelsee Betters joined Woodcrest in October 2024. Shortly after receiving her Real Estate License in 2022, Chelsee began her career in property management by managing residential properties in central Texas. While managing properties, she also represented sellers in the competitive real estate market. Chelsee transitioned to commercial real estate in 2024 and currently serves in Brokerage. Outside of work, Chelsee enjoys making music, attending comedy shows, and spending time with family.
