CONSTRUCTION TEAM
Jim Everett has built his career working from the ground up at Woodcrest starting in 2003 on our in-house construction projects and tenant finish-outs, but has been working in the construction field since the 90’s. Over the years he has specialized in all MEPs, carpentry, irrigation, and landscaping, as well as estimating, project management, and GC work. Using his management skills he leads large crews with a hands-on “make it happen” attitude and is passionate about his work. He has also developed and now runs WCC Contractors’ 3rd party side, which is most known for having successfully completed over 20 local and out of state Planet Fitness build outs under-budget and on-time.
