Claudia Bornitz serves as Woodcrest’s head Property Manager. She provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure that the Asset portfolio is maintained and operated in accordance with Ownership objectives. Claudia joined the Woodcrest team in 2009, and has decades of experience in property and real estate management. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.

Connie Rinehart serves as the Lease Administrator, working with both Property Management and Brokerage Services to prepare leases, amendments, and renewals for all of our tenants. Connie also handles the commercial property insurance and rent rolls. She joined the Woodcrest team in 2010 and has many years of experience in customer relations and property management.

Dee is an Assistant Property Manager at Woodcrest. Bringing over 20 years of experience as an administrative assistant across several industries, she works closely with Claudia and is primarily responsible for scheduling the maintenance crew, communication with tenants, and annual inspections. Dee attended Spokane Community College and took General Business Courses. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and Skyping or playing with her 12 grandchildren.

Cat Lee serves as an Assistant Property Manager and works closely with Claudia to track and process all of our tenants’ payments and to help resolve any delinquencies. She also works with our tenants to track and verify business insurance COIs for everyone’s protection and with our utility providers for property-level needs. Cat joined Woodcrest in 2016 and often brings her pet hedgehog to the office.

Bringing over 12 years’ experience as an administrative assistant in the construction and property management industry, Judy joined the team in 2011 and manages both Woodcrest’s in-house construction team and WCC Contractors’ 3rd party work. She especially handles the proposals, contracts, purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, and invoicing. Judy also handles Accounts Receivable for Property Management and is the Property Manager for all our multifamily residential properties and all of Tarrant Residential’s assets. A Fort Worth native with an Associate’s Degree from TCC in Business Management, Judy strives to keep the construction teams running smoothly and the residential units happily full.
