Jordan Cluff is the Managing Director of Retail Brokerage at Woodcrest Capital/Woodcrest Brokerage Services. His current focus is on project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. His current retailer clients include O’Reilly Auto Parts, Taco Casa, and several other retailers. His leasing focus is on Woodcrest owned properties as well as 3rd party leasing assignments. Cluff started his career at The Retail Connection, LP, a retail services and investments firm based in Dallas, Texas. During his 5 years at The Retail Connection, he worked on high profile accounts such as Great Clips, Palm Beach Tan, SEARS, Granite Properties, Greenway Investment Company, Global Funds Investments, HEB Grocery Stores, Behringer Harvard, and Wolverine Interests. He was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2008 for being the highest producing rookie in the firm.
Cluff maintains an active role in the real estate community as exemplified by his involvement in the International Council of Shopping Centers, (ICSC), Next Generation, and NTCAR. Cluff is also active in numerous charitable foundations, including The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Scottish Rite Crayon Club, and is a member of the Ft. Worth Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association and Young Texans Against Cancer (YTAC). Cluff graduated with honors from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. He received a dual major degree in Marketing and Management.

Travis grew up along the Central Coast of California in the Monterey Bay Area. He attended The University of Arizona on a football scholarship and, after graduating with a degree in Regional Development, moved to Texas in 2008 to begin a career in sales. After a couple of years working, Travis decided to give college coaching a try and became a Graduate Assistant football coach at The University of North Texas where he spent 3 seasons coaching and pursuing a Graduate Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies. After graduating from UNT he shifted to the world of commercial real estate and joined Woodcrest Capital in 2014 to focus on leasing and Tenant Representation. In his leisure time, Travis enjoys spending time with family and friends cooking, traveling, hunting, fishing, and occasional rec-league sports. Travis is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.

Taylor is an Associate Broker for Woodcrest Brokerage Services. He works with Jordan and the other team members to handle the acquisition and disposition of land in addition retail leasing. A Fort Worth native, Taylor first interned with Woodcrest in 2006 before joining the team full time in 2014 after graduating from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Real Estate Finance. During his time in college Taylor worked as a firefighter for the Lafayette County Fire Department, which has the responsibility of providing fire protection and technical rescue services to the 679 square miles within the county. When not in the office he can most likely be found on his family’s ranch located west of Fort Worth. Taylor is a licensed salesperson in the state of Texas, a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, the Make-A-Wish foundation Wishmaker Club, and a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association.

Hunter McElhaney brings over 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development providing him a broad knowledge across a multitude of industries. He is currently involved with the Woodcrest real estate brokerage and leasing team jointly managing over 1.9 million square feet of retail space across the state of Texas. As a former Funding Manager, Hunter keeps his clients’ needs in focus to achieve the goals of all parties involved. As a communications major from the University of Oklahoma, he works diligently to provide consistent, reliable communication to see deals through to the end. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a contributor to Ducks Unlimited and the Coastal Conservation Association. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, hunting, and fishing.

Taylor Stinnett, a Broker Associate with Woodcrest Capital, is focusing on leasing Woodcrest owned retail centers and land disposition as well as 3rd party tenant representation in the DFW area. Taylor attended Texas A&M University at College Station where he used his real estate knowledge to become a leasing agent and later the sales manager of the 600+ unit student living facility that he called home. Taylor, a native to Austin, Texas, decided Fort Worth was the place for him and moved here shortly after his college career in 2015. Growing up in the outdoors hunting, fishing, and working hands-on with wildlife and livestock, his passion for Cowtown should come as no surprise. As a successful athlete for a majority of his life, Taylor understands the importance of hard work and camaraderie. Today, he enjoys running and exercising in his free time, alongside his 2-year-old Vizsla named Pepper. Taylor is a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Association of Realtors, and has also been a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson for over 3 years.
